Old Guard Riders Inc. does not endorse, campaign for or against political candidates. OGR assets cannot be used to facilitate any activity that supports or opposes any candidate. Old Guard Riders Inc. members, as individuals, can attend candidate rallies to show support or protest candidates, but this cannot be done as an OGR activity. OGR members can, as individuals, work for a campaign. However, if you do work for a campaign you cannot wear any item that distinguishes you as an Old Guard Rider Inc. member. Old Guard Riders Inc.’s 501c3 status can be revoked as a consequence of violating election politics rules.
