Old Guard Riders As A Public Charity Old Guard Riders Inc is incorporated as a non-profit organization in the State of Arizona. The organization's 501c3 status has been confirmed by the IRS beginning November 2007. Old Guard Riders Inc. has further been given the IRS classification as a 509a1 and 170b1A(vi) public charity within the United States. All donations to Old Guard Riders Inc. are tax deductible in the USA. What does all that mean? Old Guard Riders is a legally constituted corporation whose objective is to engage in activities of public interest without regard for commercial or monetary profit. |

The Mission of the Old Guard Riders The MISSION of the Old Guard Riders, as stated in the Old Guard Riders Articles of Incorporation, is to initiate, sponsor, promote, coordinate, conduct and support activities which provide monetary and other resources to assist America's active duty military, veterans and/or their families in need. Resources, as used in the Mission Statement, are defined as food, clothing, shelter and other articles essential to achieve a reasonable level of life and comfort. The Mission of the Old Guard Riders can be divided into two categories; Service and Charity.
